The vineyards of Château Lange extend across the communes of Bommes and Preignac.
Here, at the confluence of the Ciron and the Garonne rivers, the magic of Sauternes is born. At dawn, morning mists envelop the vines; in the afternoon, the sun gently dries the grapes. This natural phenomenon encourages the development of Botrytis cinerea, known as noble rot, which concentrates aromas and gives the wine its unique complexity.

The harvest is carried out by hand, through successive passes, selecting only grapes that have reached optimal concentration. This meticulous, almost artisanal work gives each bottle its own distinctive character.
In the cellar, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, bringing the elegance, finesse, and balance that Château Lange strives for.
